What is the Wealth Builder Program?

The Wealth Builder Program™ (WBP) is Revitalize’s signature investment system designed to “Transform communities while building retirement wealth for our clients.”

Based on the proven BRRRR method—Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, Repeat—the WBP adds structure, safety, education, and professional management. 

Revitalize specializes exclusively in residential properties in strong locations and uses 15+ years of experience to minimize risk and maximize returns.

Do I need a lot of money to participate in the WBP? 

No. A key benefit of this strategy is that most of your initial investment can be pulled back out during the refinance. 

Most clients leave $20,000–$40,000 of their own cash in a deal. Through WBP’s structured approach, clients typically: 



  • Use 50% less cash than a traditional turn-key purchase 
  • Gain forced equity through renovations 
  • Maintain a safe loan-to-value
